My Story

Before I was the nutritionist, I was the patient. For over a decade I lived with joint pain, digestive trouble, and chronic skin rashes, with little support and few answers. That experience is what led me here, and it's why I practice the way I do.

I specialize in gut health, hormonal health, and chronic skin conditions. These are the areas where stubborn symptoms most often live, and where conventional care most often falls short. Because symptoms rarely have just one root cause, my approach combines nutrition science, functional testing, mind-body healing, and food relationship coaching to create individualized plans that lead to sustainable change.

My education bridges the mind and the body: a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's in Nutrition Science from the National University of Natural Medicine, along with advanced training in functional nutrition. That foundation is woven into how I work with every client: treating you as a whole person, never just a set of symptoms.

If you've ever left a doctor's office feeling dismissed or more confused than when you walked in, you're not alone. I've been there. As your nutritionist, I listen closely to both your words and your body's signals, offering guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way. My goal is to cut through the noise of conflicting nutrition advice so you can reconnect with your health and find strategies that help you truly thrive.
